CHANGING THE NARRATIVE COMMUNITY
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Changing the Narrative online membership community ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").

3. Free Trial Period

RUN IT LIKE A BUSINESS ACADEMY
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Run It Like A Business Academy online course service ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").
2. Purchase and Payment
a. To access the full features of the online course, you may be required to make a purchase. Details of the course, pricing, and payment terms can be found on our website.
b. You agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the billing terms specified at the time of purchase.
c. If you arrange for a payment plan with multiple payments: A billing schedule will be agreed upon between Changing the Narrative and the participating organization or individual, and a minimum 10% fee will be added onto the price of the Academy. If a payment is overdue by 14 days, access will be revoked.
3. Free Trial Period
a. We may sometimes offer a free trial period for the online course. The duration of the free trial period or portion of course content available will be specified at the time of registration.
b. During the free trial period, you will have access to a limited version of the course at no cost. If you do not wish to continue with the full course after the free trial period, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
4. Money Back Guarantee
a. We offer a money-back guarantee for the Run It Like A Business Academy online course. If, after completing any three lessons of your choice that are not module “introductory” lessons (e.g. Welcome & Course Overview, Introduction to Module 3, etc.) along with the accompanying homework and any other suggested assignments, you do not see positive results within 90 days of implementing the strategies, you will be eligible for a refund.
b. To request a refund, you must provide evidence that you have completed the required steps or work as outlined in the course material, as well as reports requested to demonstrate the baseline compared to the 90-day period after the strategies were fully implemented. Such reports might include Google Analytics website reports, CRM patron reports, or any other sales or donation reports from any platform you used in your course homework. c. Refunds are subject to how much course material has been viewed and will be prorated as such. For example, if you have completed 3 lessons of the 29-lesson course, you will have viewed 10% of the material and be eligible for a 90% refund of the total cost paid if the requirements above are met. Completion rate will be determined by the Circle platform, e.g. how many video lessons are completed per the course website.
